Indemnification:
You indemnify and hold harmless QuoteMeAPrice.com LLC, the members, officers, directors, employees, partners, principals, agents and representatives against and in respect of any and all demands, claims, actions, causes of action, liabilities, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or relating to any breach by you of any covenant, representation or warranty made by you in this Agreement
Services and Funding Partners:
The QuoteMeAPrice.com website is a service matching consumers selling annuities, structured settlements, life insurance products, real estate notes and other financial products with funding companies that buy these products. Quote Me A Price.com does not buy these financial products, and has no liability between the correspondences, bids, and funding of clients selling these items on the Quote Me A Price.com website. Further, Quote Me A Price.com LLC is not a licensed insurance agent or agency, and does not partake in the brokering of Life Insurance Policies, Life Settlements, or Viaticals. Quote Me A Price.com does not accept referral fee's or commission from the sale of life insurance policies in the form of life settlements or viaticals on the Quote Me A Price.com website. QMAP works exclusively with licensed Life Settlement and Viatical Providers and limit's access to bid on insurance policies to these companies in the state in which they are licensed. Quote Me A Price.com also makes no guarantee's that your annuity payments, structured settlement or life insurance policy can or will be bought by our funding partners on the Quote Me A Price.com website.
Good Faith No-Fee Bids: Funding partner bids on the Quote Me A Price.com website are bids made in good faith that the information provided by the client on the Quote Form during signup is accurate. Bids on Quote Me A Price.com are bids that include no additional processing fee's imposed by our funding partners. The bid amount you are quoted, is the amount of money you should receive from our funding partners. Mandatory legal fee's may apply in certain states that require clients to obtain independent legal council in order to transfer a structured settlement. This fee is to be paid directly by client to council that is obtained. In the event that information provided by the client is inadvertently omitted, not accurate, or that certain unforeseen issues arise before or during the funding process (including but not limited to a court order being denied) these bids may potentially be withdrawn. QMAP holds it's funding partners to the highest possible standards of good faith no fee bids, and participating vendors who breach this agreed good faith no fee bidding will be banned from participating on the Quote Me A Price.com website. Further, any client who feels that bids have been purposely manipulated, intentionally withdrawn, additional fee's have been added, or has any issues what-so-ever concerning bids is urged to contact us via telephone, or email us at bids@QuoteMeAPrice.com for an immediate resolution. *Additional bid guidelines apply to Life Insurance Policies-coming soon.
Awarding Bids, Requesting Detailed Offers and Client Responsibilities: As part of the Quote Me A Price.com auction platform, you can "Award Bid" to a particular vendor. This "Award Bid" action is not a legally binding agreement. This notification is informing a particular vendor that you have tenatively agreed to accept the offer of sale at that particular bid price the vendor has sent you. You, the client, have the ability at any time before further signing a contractual agreement with that particular vendor, to not move forward with the sale of your financial product. You may also request a "Detailed Offer" from a funding partner. You agree, that by requesting this "Detailed offer" that you're personal contact information will be sent to that particular funding partner to contact you to confirm details of your payments, and make a detailed offer.
Email Notification:
As part of the Quote Me A Price.com service, you agree to receive periodic email notifications from Quote Me A Price.com. These email notifications will let you know that you have a new bid to view in your account or a private message from a funding vendor. Email Notifications will stop upon either termination of your account, or funding of your payments. As part of a quality control effort and to better enhance the Quote Me A Price.com service, you agree to receive one confidential voluntary email survey upon the completed funding of your financial product. This optional survey will include a rating questionnaire about your funding vendor. Questions will include overall rating of Vendor, adequate time-frame of handling your transaction, and bid to actual funding amount verification. The results of your confidential completed survey will be made available to view for future clients on the Quote Me A Price.com website.
Governing Law/Jurisdiction:
This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina.

Our Privacy Policy may be changed or modified. You are encouraged to regularly check for changes to this policy.
QuoteMeAPrice.com appreciates the importance of maintaining your privacy and how information about you is gathered, used and disseminated. This statement is to inform you of our Privacy Policy and how we collect and use information. You do however agree to be contacted directly by Quote Me A Price.com with semi-monthly automated reminder phone calls. These phone calls may also leave a voicemail in your voicemailbox. You also agree to receive periodic reminder email notifications. These notifications will stop upon your request, or upon funding of your transaction. Quote Me A Price.com also makes available to it's funding partners the date you have last updated your quote. This information is used to assist funding partners in knowing what auctions have been updated, and to bid on.
Information Gathered from Third Parties:
QuoteMeAPrice.com may license or otherwise lawfully acquire user information from a third party. This information may include a user's name, address, email, telephone number, birth date, gender, salary range, education, marital status, occupation, employment status, person or online interests and other information that users have lawfully provided to a third party, or a third party has otherwise lawfully acquired. When acquiring these outside sources, QuoteMeAPrice.com will exercise due diligence in assuring that such data was lawfully obtained, that the third party has the right to transfer said information to QuoteMeAPrice.com, and that we have the right to provide offers from advertisers to the users whose information was obtained. If we obtain user information from websites other than our own, our name will appear and users will be notified that by singing up or accepting the terms and conditions, they will be receiving promotional and marketing messages from QuoteMeAPrice.com . Client Type: In order to appropriately quote cases and fee's paid to QMAP we need the correct client "Selection" on our signup form. These selections include "The Owner, A Broker, Financial Planner, CPA, or Attorney.
Fee's: Quote Me A Price.com LLC does not charge you, the User, a fee to use our service. We are paid a fee by participating Vendors for the services provided. Your use of the Quote Me A Price.com services constitutes your agreement with this compensation arrangement.
Life Settlements and Viaticals Engine Fee's: Quote Me A Price.com is currently re-developing it's Life Settlement and Viatical engine. We charge a flat monthly fee to participating licensed life settlement and viatical providers for the use of our platform. This engine will provide a secure FTP database and be HIPPA compliant. The secure database only allows access to life insurance policies in the state that the Life Settlement or Viatical provider is licensed.
RealEstate Notes: QMAP takes no fee's in the state of CA, and requires that brokers posting a note in the state of CA include realestate licensing information. Transactions in the states of Maine, Indiana, and Utah under some circumstances may be considered a security.
Legal Requests:
QuoteMeAPRice.com cooperates with law enforcement inquiries, as well as third parties to enforce laws, court orders, protect intellectual property rights, eliminate fraud, and help protect both users and our company from illegal actions. QuoteMeAPrice.com may disclose user information to law enforcement or other government officials as required by law in response to a verified request by a law enforcement or other government official relating to a criminal investigation or alleged criminal activity, suspected criminal activity, or potential threats to the safety of an individual. Due to the existing regulatory environment, QuoteMeAPrice.com makes no assurances that user information will never be disclosed in any way not otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.
